Chia Seed Pudding



Put 1/2 C Chia seeds in a bowl, add 1 cup warm water mix with a fork and let sit for

3-5 min ( the seeds will swell).

Then add 1 cup

Almond milk,

2 tbsp vanilla extract and stevia to taste. ( You can use honey or maple syrup to sweeten aswell )

Mix all the ingredients with a fork, cover bowl & refrigerate for at least an 1 hr or overnight.

This makes 2 servings.
