Almond Flex Cookies

A delicious gluten free cookie at any time.

Ingredients:


  • 3/4 cup of organic sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup + tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 Tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 cups Almond flour

  • 1cup Arrowroot flour

  • 1/4 cup organic ground flex seeds

  • Mix the sugar, eggs, oil,& vanilla then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.


Refrigerate for 10 Min to make it easier to form. Make small balls on a cookie sheet with your hands, or use a small ice cream scooper. Flatten each cookie a bit and bake on 350 for 12 minutes.allow the cookies to completely cool before removing, so they can harden. Enjoy!
