Almond Flex Cookies

A delicious gluten free cookie at any time.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of organic sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup + tbsp avocado oil
2 Tsp vanilla extract
3 cups Almond flour
1cup Arrowroot flour
1/4 cup organic ground flex seeds
Mix the sugar, eggs, oil,& vanilla then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate for 10 Min to make it easier to form. Make small balls on a cookie sheet with your hands, or use a small ice cream scooper. Flatten each cookie a bit and bake on 350 for 12 minutes.allow the cookies to completely cool before removing, so they can harden. Enjoy!
