GF steel cut Oats

  • 1 3/4 cup water

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup steel cut oats

  • 3 Tbsp flex seeds

  • Dash of cinnamon to taste

  • Organic honey to taste


Instructions

Bring water and milk to a boil, then add the oats, let it cook for on low for about 15-20 min. When almost ready add the flaxseeds & cinnamon, add honey at the very end and mix.
