Waffles

Breakfast can be nutritious and delicious! These waffles are so filling they are packed with fiber, omega-3 and healthy fats… Best of all they are so quick to make and kid friendly!





Ingredients:


  • Pinch cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all the ingredients together, and put into a waffle maker for a few minutes…..
