Wild Salmon's rich in so many vitamins in addition to omega 3. Considered a super food, the nutrition facts of salmon include antioxidant elements like selenium and other minerals like phosphorus, zinc, potassium, as well as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin,B6, folate, B12. Therefor, Salman aids in good health, as it makes up for most of the mineral and vitamin deficiencies in our body, if we make it a part of our diet.
1 wild Salmon
6-8 organic garlic cloves crushed
a drizzle of avocado oil
Himalayan salt to taste
Fresh thyme
Place the wild Salmon on a cookie sheet, add the crushed garlic, himalayan salt, drizzle of avocado oil and thyme on top.( add cutup zucchini, season with Himalayan salt and garlic powder) put in oven on 350 for 15 min.
