ZUCCHINI CAULIFLOWER SOUP

Ingredients:
3-4 med size zucchini, chopped on to small pieces
1head or half cauliflower
4 pieces of celery cut up
1big onion or 2 small ones
Leek
Cut up all veggies, sauté onions with avocado oil, then slowly all the vegetables, after mixing for a few minutes fill pot to cover veggies, after they get soft (about 1 1/2 hrs) add salt, pepper, & turmeric to taste. Blend with a hand blender, it will get creamy.
